Libby & Brian were married in a beautiful intimate ceremony at the beautiful and historic Benson Hotel. Sometimes it's not the number of guests that make a wedding intimate, it's what is shared and what is said. The special, heartfelt words that the participants spoke at the ceremony were unwritten and unrehearsed in advance. Their love for God and one another was powerful and undeniable as they spontaneously shared their love and sincere promises to one another.
Amanda and I were honored to be there to capture such an important moment in their lives together.
It was great to work with the talented Leigh Germy from Atlanta, Georgia. Be sure to check out her beautiful photographs of Libby & Brian from around Portland the day after the wedding. Handling all the musical needs throughout the day was the multi-talented John Ross. Not only did he sing and play guitar beautifully during the ceremony while being accompanied by an accomplished violinist, he seamlessly shifted into DJ mode for the reception. His talent and professionalism made for a smooth and memorable day.
